A note for parents
Color Clubhouse is made for kids. We recommend that a parent or guardian read these terms, and that a grown-up stays nearby while younger children are online. Parents are responsible for deciding whether this site is right for their child.
Free personal use
Our coloring pages are free to print and use for personal, home, and classroom use. That means you can:
- Print as many copies as you like for your family.
- Print copies for your own classroom, homeschool group, library program, or party.
You may not:
- Sell our coloring pages, or include them in anything you sell (printed books, digital downloads, print-on-demand products, or bundles).
- Re-upload or re-post our images or PDFs on another website, app, or social media account as your own. Sharing a link to our page is always welcome.
- Remove any notice from our pages or claim the artwork as your own.
Our content
All coloring page artwork, text, and site design on Color Clubhouse belong to Emberson Investments LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright law. Except for the free personal use described above, you may not copy, change, or distribute our content without written permission.
Games from other companies
In the future, Color Clubhouse may include coloring games provided by other companies. Those games are owned by their providers and are subject to their own terms. We review games before adding them, but we do not control their content and are not responsible for it. If you see a problem with a game, please tell us.
Acceptable use
Please do not try to harm the site, interfere with how it works, access it with automated tools in a way that overloads it, or use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty
Color Clubhouse is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep it running and appropriate for kids, but we do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Emberson Investments LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we protect children’s privacy. We do not collect personal information from children.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County or Fort Bend County, Texas.
