Cute Kitten on a Flying Broomstick Coloring Page (Free Printable)

Up, up, and away! A brave little kitten is flying on a broomstick in front of a huge round moon, with a scarf trailing behind it in the wind. It is a magical Halloween scene that kids love to make their own. The moon makes a big, simple backdrop to color yellow, silver, or even orange for a harvest moon, while the kitten and broom have smaller details for kids who enjoy careful work. This page is a nice match for ages five to ten. For a nighttime effect, color the sky outside the moon with dark blue, purple, or black, and leave a few white dots for stars. Kids can also imagine where the kitten is flying to: a party, a pumpkin patch, or home to bed. Writing a one-sentence story on the back of the page turns coloring into a mini writing prompt. It is a great page to pair with the owl and bat pages for a night-sky collection.
