Cute Kitten with a Christmas Ornament Coloring Page (Free Printable)

Little cat lovers will notice the playful kitten reaching up toward a hanging round ornament. The kitten has bright eyes, tall ears, whiskers, a happy open mouth, soft paws, and a fluffy tail curling along one side. The ornament dangles from a string and includes wavy stripes and star shapes, giving kids a small festive detail to decorate after they fill in the kitten's larger body, face, and tail. This page works well for ages four to eight because the bold outline keeps the animal simple, but the ornament, whiskers, eyelashes, toes, and tufts of fur add just enough detail for patient coloring. Parents can invite children to choose one color family for the kitten and a completely different set of colors for the ornament, or to count the stars before they begin. A fun follow-up is to make up the kitten's name and decide whether it is being careful, curious, or a little too excited.
